☁︎ The Story of Lilly ☁︎

Long before the modern world existed, before cities pierced the sky and before kingdoms etched their names into history, there existed a realm hidden above the clouds.
A realm known only as Celestia, floating among endless skies and oceans of clouds, Celestia was a place where dreams were born. Rivers shimmered with starlight, sakura petals drifted endlessly through the air, and time itself flowed differently from the world below.
At the heart of this realm stood a great sakura tree known as the Dreamroot, beneath its branches lived a young Kitsune named Lilly, unlike other celestial spirits, she possessed a rare gift.

She could walk through dreams.

Every night, while mortals slept, Lilly wandered across countless minds. She soothed nightmares, protected lost souls, and gathered forgotten wishes before they faded into nothingness.
To some she was known as the Dream Kitsune.
To others, the Guardian of Sleep, yet despite her title, she never considered herself important, she simply wanted people to wake up with a smile.
For centuries she watched over the world below from Celestia, guiding dreams and protecting those who would never know her name.
But sadly the gods had different plans for her, as her power grew, so did their interest in her abilities.
The rulers wished to control dreams, they believed dreams could shape destiny itself, if they controlled dreams, they could control the future.
When they ordered Lilly to use her gift to influence the hearts of mortals, she refused, dreams belonged to everyone, not just the powerful.
Her defiance angered the celestial rulers.
Unable to control her, they placed a curse upon her soul.
A beautiful but cruel curse
Whenever Lilly used her power, sakura blossoms would bloom across her skin, the markings appeared harmless at first.

Many even called them beautiful.
But each blossom carried a cost.
Sleep.
The more Lilly used her powers, the heavier the curse became, each blossom stole a little more of her strength.
Each blossom brought her closer to a slumber from which she might never awaken.
The moment the curse was placed upon her, years of using her powers caught up, ........
but before her slumber, however, something unexpected occurred.
A fragment of Lilly's power broke away and took shape.
That fragment became a small fox spirit... A familiar, a companion, a family member, Her name was Rune.
Very quickly the curse claimed its payment and in the mortal world lilly slept, not for a night, not for a year, but for centuries.
Rune remained beside Lilly throughout her endless sleep.
As centuries passed, kingdoms rose and fell. Wars began and ended. Entire civilizations disappeared into history.
Yet Rune never left.
...
She guarded Lilly through every season, every storm, and every passing age in a cave she found, waiting for the day her friend would awaken.
But Rune was not alone. As Lilly slept, countless dreams flowed through her mind.
Loneliness. Fear. Heartbreak. Hope.
Every emotion gathered within the curse.
And from those emotions, another being was born.
A shadow.
A reflection.
A guardian created from everything Lilly refused to carry herself.

Her name was Amaryllis.
Unlike Lilly, Amaryllis had a heart of cold, where Lilly was gentle, Amaryllis was ruthless, Lilly forgave but Amaryllis remembered.
Yet despite their differences, Amaryllis loved Lilly more fiercely than anyone.
She became the nightmare protecting a dream.
Five hundred years later, Lilly finally awoke.
The world she returned to was unrecognizable, the world around she once knew were gone, the people she remembered had long since become stories.
For the first time in centuries, Lilly attempted to live an ordinary life.
...
That plan lasted exactly until an elf thief attempted to rob her house.
One evening, while Rune was away, a wandering elf named Zero broke into Lilly's home searching for valuables.
Instead of chasing the thief away, Lilly simply asked what food they liked.
Confused and expecting punishment, Zero instead found themselves staring at a cupboard overflowing with instant noodles.
Against all logic, the thief returned.
Then returned again.
And eventually never really left.
Somehow, the burglar became family.
To this day, Lilly spends her time learning about a world that moved on without her.
She explores, streams, plays games, collects dreams, and fills her home with people she cares about.
Rune remains by her side.
Amaryllis watches from the shadows.
Zero continues eating suspicious amounts of noodles.
And above them all, hidden among the clouds, Celestia still waits.
The curse remains.
The sakura blossoms still bloom.
And one day, Lilly may be forced to face the gods who cursed her.
But until then...
She chooses to live her life as she sees fit.

Q. What made u start content creating?
A. Ima be very honest, I started it because I wasannoyed with my friend and wanted to get back at her to show her I can do better then her, we fell out at the time this server started, were on good terms now
Q. What inspired your VTuber design/lore?
A. I really love pink and I love Yae Miko from Genshin so I thought to do something based off her despite Natlan being my favourite nation Inazuma is my second favourite because of the scenery
